Orders received by 3.00pm (Monday to Saturday) will be dispatched on the same day
Orders received after 3.00pm (Monday to Saturday) will be dispatched next day.
Orders received outside of these hours will be dispatched on the next working day.

If you order an item that we do not have in stock we will contact you by e-mail to let you know. We will let you know when to expect your order to arrive. If you prefer not to wait please let us know and we will cancel the order and refund your payment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us within 14 days from the date of dispatch and providing the goods are in ‘as new’ condition at our discretion we will either give a credit note for the value of the order or refund your credit card.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Where goods are determined to be faulty or damaged you will be issued with a returns number. Once a returns number has been given please return the item to us at the address below. We will replace the item and refund your return postage costs.
